Greg Ross is an HR Consultant for CMS specializing in human resources management. He has more than ten years of human resources, project management, and process improvement experience. Before joining CMS, he served as a Human Resources Generalist with the Montana Department of Justice and as the Associate Director of Personnel Development, Training, and Safety with the Montana Conservation Corps. In each of these roles, he gained extensive experience in recruitment and selection, job analysis and classification, safety/compliance coordination, policy development, and process review. He excels at establishing procedures and facilitating communication to create efficiencies within and between teams. Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Baylor University and possesses the SHRM-CP certification.
