Lynn Exe is a Human Resources Consultant with CMS, specializing in employment policy, job analysis and evaluation, compensation, recruitment and selection, employee handbook revisions, employee relations, and organizational change. Lynn offers more than 20 years of Human Resources management experience in public, private and non-profit sectors and has enjoyed supporting medium to large organizations and working to achieve successful outcomes including diversity initiatives. Experience includes Human Resources for Montana’s Department of Justice, HR leadership positions with family-owned and operated businesses in Missoula; law-firm experience in King County, WA; corporate HR support in California; and non-profit leadership in New Mexico. She is authorized by State of Montana Human Resources to classify state positions. Lynn earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico as well as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
